How fast will my parcel arrive?
Wherever possible we aim to dispatch your order during the next working day.
We use Royal Mail Second Class as our Standard postage method which should arrive within 3-7 working days. You can choose to upgrade to Express (First Class) for an extra charge in the checkout.
If there will be a delay with your order, we will let you know via email.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, postage is sometimes taking longer than normal across the UK, so please allow some extra time for your order to arrive.
Do you send parcels internationally?
We are not yet offering international delivery as standard but if you would like a parcel delivering outside of the UK please contact us via email and we will let you know if we can help.
Can I make changes to my order?
Up until dispatch, orders can be amended if necessary. If you email us at hello@ooogifts.co.uk, we will do our best to help.
What if my order needs to be returned?
We sincerely hope the recipient loves their gift box as much as we do, but if for any reason you need to make a return within 30 days of receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we can make the necessary arrangements.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning your goods.

What if my gift box gets damaged?
We do our very best to package all of our gift boxes carefully to avoid damage but please do contact us immediately if you experience any problems, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
If you haven’t received any order communications from us please check your spam and junk folders. Sometimes these emails are incorrectly filtered by certain email providers.
